With exceptional success in a new year and after many challenges the project faced due to the security tension inside the Ein el-Hilweh camp, the agricultural project announces the production of a significant quantity of organic tomatoes. This limited variety, which was achieved in quantities, is essential in the preparation of all kinds of salads, and in dishes in which it is an essential ingredient. This production represents a symbol of determination and prosperity in sustainable agriculture, without the use of chemicals, highlighting excellence in agricultural production, as women share their produce with family, neighbors and friends, thus achieving the principle of social solidarity.

It is worth noting that the agricultural program focuses on two seasons, the long season and the short season, and the agricultural crops are varied, including tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, parsley, chard, radishes, onions, cauliflower and coriander.
