The agricultural project at Nashet regains life

After a forced stop as a result of the unfortunate events in Ain al-Hilweh camp, Social and Cultural Nashet Association, which included planting green roofs within its project, revived activity by distributing seedlings and seasonal seeds to beneficiaries in the camp. In a meeting that took place at an Nashet association, the agriculture team distributed seedlings (tomatoes, broccoli, peppers, cauliflower, green or red cabbage, regular, red and iceberg lettuce, cabbage, and chard). Seeds were also distributed: spinach, lees, parsley, coriander, radish, green onion (canar), cress, and rocca. Nashet Association and the agricultural team stressed the necessity of continuing, despite all the difficult circumstances, to serve our people in the camp, and the beneficiaries thanked the association’s management and the team for their support and follow-up of the project.
